Nice video! It is a pity that they have to bill it as a "sexy video", but hey, what can we expect.
I took part in my first yoga session at Alton Towers last weekend. I hope you will be at Nudefest next year as I want to carry on...
My naturist swim club in Birmingham (Spectrum) are thinking of starting yoga sessions at least once a month - do you know anyone in the B'ham area who might lead these for us? (please use my PRO address if you reply)
Yoga is a philosophy originating from the Indian sub-continent. It seeks the union of mind, body and spirit. Its tools are a list of personal and social ethics. There is a believe in the presence of life-force in all living things combining to form a universal life-force. A series of physical exercises (postures or asanas), and other practices, have been designed which allows us to study how our bodies work. Balance is an important idea.
Yama (social ethics)
Niyama (personal ethics)
Asana (posture)
Pranayama (breath control)
Pratyahara (sense control)
Dhyarana (concentration)
Dhyana (meditation)
Samadhi (complete absorption)
RISK ASSESSMENT: All sports carry a certain amount of risk and yogi must expect to experience hard physical effort but must use judgement in practice. Students must exercise sufficient knowledge, awareness and skills to avoid injury and should be gentle with themselves in all exercise. Any pre-existing medical or physical condition must be reported to the teacher.
Yoga is suitable for all abilities and ages from the wonky-bear to the grizzly bear personalities.
